It looks like Nickelodeon will have to wait a little while longer to hand out their orange blimps this year.

According to Deadilne, the 2020 Kids’ Choice Awards is the latest award show to be postponed. As talk shows switch to at home versions and sans live studio audiences, it only makes sense for the KCAs to be pushed back in hopes things get better.

This year’s ceremony was set to take place at the Forum in Inglewood, CA hosted by Grammy winner Chance the Rapper.

Nickelodeon released the following statement via Deadline, “The Kids’ Choice Awards scheduled for March 22, 2020, in Los Angeles is being postponed in consideration of the safety and well-being of every person involved with the show, which is our top priority. We will have further information about a new date in the future.”
