Joe, Nick & Kevin Jonas were spotted hanging out together in London recently and now we know why.
According to The Sun & US Weekly, the brothers will be reuniting this year and releasing new music. In addition to new music, there will reportedly be a documentary about their reunion.
The last full JoBros album came out 10 years ago this year and the group planned a new album for release in 2013 but that’s when things went south and they couldn’t agree on a musical direction, among other things and called it quits. Since then, Nick launched a solo career and ventured into more acting while Joe formed the band DNCE and Kevin became an entrepreneur.
A source told The Sun, “After enjoying solo music success and taking time to work on passion projects, they feel that now is the right time to get back together.” When the brothers make their comeback though, they’ll be dropping that part of their name. Sources have told US Weekly that the band will be called JONAS moving forward. Hmmm, anyone else start thinking immediately about their Disney Channel show of the same name?
