“DuckTales” was one of our favorite (old) new shows of 2017 and new episodes started back again this month on Disney Channel.
What is better than watching new episodes? How about watching the cast read an episode live on stage? A live table read is so awesome especially when you arm Ben Schwartz with a keytar.
Ben was joined by his co-stars David Tennant, Danny Pudi, Bobby Moynihan, Kate Micucci & Toks Olagundoye. They read the upcoming episode, “McMystery at McDuck Manor!” for the enthusiastic crowd. In the episode, which airs May 25, Huey decides to throw a birthday party for Scrooge, despite everyone warning him that Scrooge hates celebrating his birthday. When Scrooge goes missing and the guests turn out to be his worst enemies, Huey decides to solve the mystery, unaware that the ghost of Scrooge’s faithful butler, the long deceased Duckworth (David Kaye), is involved.
