It looks like Ellen’s season premiere week is shaping up to be amazing! Both Aly Raisman & Simone Biles from the US Women’s Gymnastics team, aka the Final Five, will be stopping by!
The duo filmed separate appearances this week, Simone will be on the show alongside Channing Tatum while Aly got to meet another G.O.A.T. Lebron James. Both are now back in their home towns and it looks like they’re enjoying some rest until the Kelloggs Tour of Champions kicks off later this month.
So, what is the next goal for the ladies of the Final Five? Well, they want to host “Saturday Night Live”! The girls have put their wish out into the universe in a few of their post-Rio interviews and now they’ve taken to twitter to campaign for the job. Yesterday, the SNL twitter wrote, “Who do you think should host this season? Tweet us your suggestions with #SNLhost.” The girls all took to twitter to quickly suggest themselves.

Well, we have to say, we think these ladies would bring some amazing energy to the show and to see them reunite with Leslie Jones would be amazing. Hey, the Olympics were on NBC and so is NBC, so you never know. Guess we’ll have to patiently wait.
Also, while Simone was in LA she got a tour of Paramount and even got to hang out with Jon M Chu. Um, does that mean a movie about Simone or the Final Five is in the works? Gabby had a Lifetime movie, so we’re all for more movies about these incredible women!
