Nash Grier & Cameron Dallas are suiting up and hitting the field in their new Fullscreen movie “The Outfield.”
The movie follows Jack Sanders (Nash Grier), star center fielder of the Peoria Owls, who is going to play baseball for State. But when a new teacher recognizes his gift for art, Jack’s future is suddenly thrown in limbo. With the help of his best friends, Frankie (Cameron Dallas) and Austin (Joey Bragg), Jack must deal with the aspirations of his father and the pressures of the entire town as he struggles to discover what’s important to him and who he wants to be.
The trailer debuted yesterday and it looks like Cameron’s character Frankie also goes through some tough decisions like choosing love or money. The movie also stars Caroline Sunshine (“Shake It Up”), Olivia Stuck (“Kirby Buckets”), Alan Smyth (“Persons Unknown”), Deborah S. Craig (“Transparent”), Mike Hyland (“Jane the Virgin”) and Burnie Burns (Rooster Teeth’s “Lazer Team”).
“The Outfield” will be available exclusively on Apple’s iTunes on Nov. 10 and you can pre-order it here. To stay up to date with the film, visit http://outfieldmovie.com/.
