Jem & The Holograms rocks its way into theaters October 23 and to get you excited, we have a treat!
Jem & the Holograms is inspired by the 80s cartoon of the same name and follows Jerrica Benton, a shy girl with big musical talent. After her sister uploads a video of Jerrica singing with the alter ego “Jem,” she goes viral and is sought out by every label owner out there including the infamous Erica Raymond. The movie then follows her rise to fame, self discovery and all the ups and downs that go with it.
We had the chance to sit down with the cast – Ryan Guzman, Aubrey Peeples, Stefanie Scott, Hayley Kiyoko & Aurora Perrineau to ask about their characters, taking on new challenges and of course what they’re alter egos would be like.
