noahcentineo-thefosters-062215When news broke that Jake T Austin would be leaving “The Fosters,” many wondered what would happen to his character “Jesus.”

The season 2 finale left it open ended as to whether Jesus was killed in the car accident or survived and went off to boarding school. With the season 3 premiere, it was revealed that Jesus was in fact at boarding school and the character would be recast. Thanks to TV Guide, we know now who will be filling those shoes.

Noah Centineo, who is best known for Disney Channel’s “How to Build A Better Boy” & “Austin & Ally,” will be taking over the role from Jake T Austin. He will make his debut when the second half of the season premieres in 2016.
