We always love it when Nick Jonas & Demi Lovato collaborate and their latest project might be the biggest collab yet!
The two multi-platinum selling artists and longtime talent manager and music executive Phil McIntyre made a big announcement today. They’ve formed Safehouse Records through a joint venture with Island Records. Nick and Demi, who is currently recording her fifth studio album, will release future music on Safehouse Records through a creative partnership between Safehouse Records, Island Records and Hollywood Records.
Conceived as a safe, protected environment where artist’s creativity is supported, co-founders Lovato, Jonas and McIntyre will seek to sign talented artists to join them at Safehouse Records where artists will enjoy participation in the success of the company as part owners.
“Our focus at Safehouse Records is to put artists in control of their art while providing them the best tools to manage their careers,” said label co-founders Nick Jonas and Phil McIntye. “Through our partnership with Island Records they will also have access to the best marketing and promotion available.”
“I’ve worked closely with both Nick and Phil for years and we share the same point of view when it comes to making music,” shared Safehouse Records co-founder Demi Lovato. “It’s incredibly exciting to be part of this new company where I’m in control of all aspects of my career. I can’t wait to share what we’re working on!”

We cannot wait to hear the music both Nick and Demi release on Safehouse and also see what artists they sign. Fingers crossed that maybe these two will also collaborate on an album of some sort! We can dream.
