Get ready for more kick butt spy action on Disney Channel!
The network announced today that they have renewed the spy comedy “K.C. Undercover” starring Zendaya, Kadeem Hardison, Tammy Townsend, Kamil McFadden, Trinitee Stokes and Veronica Dunne for a second season. Since its January premiere, “K.C. Undercover” has ranked as TV’s #1 series among kids 2-11 (1.5 million/3.9 rating) and Kids 6-11 (1.3 million/5.5 rating). Production for season two will begin in Los Angeles in fall 2015.
While we await season 2, there are plenty of new episodes left in season 1 including Double Crossed Weekend, a tale that unfolds over three hilarious and suspenseful episodes premiering throughout the weekend, beginning with a one-hour special event, FRIDAY, MAY 29 (8:00 PM, ET/PT). In “Double Crossed Part 1,” K.C. is assigned a new partner, Junior Spy of the Year, Brett Willis, to go undercover as boyfriend and girlfriend and K.C. winds up having real feelings for him. Meanwhile, Craig and Kira receive alarming news that their arch rival Zane has resurfaced and is determined to destroy them and The Organization.
