We are so excited, not only for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, but also for the soundtrack.
Lorde curated the soundtrack and handpicked the songs and artists for the compilation. The tracklisting was released earlier this month, but there was one track noticeably missing. Track 5 was simply listed as “TO BE ANNOUNCED.” We’re still waiting for official word as to who might be featured on the track but now we have a good idea.
Last night, Ariana Grande did a live twitcam and might have spilled some important details ahead of schedule. She said that she recorded a track with Lorde and Diplo that is “a very interesting song. It’s very different.” And she said it was for the Mockingjay soundtrack! We can’t wait for the official word to drop.
