On Monday evening, ELLE honored eight remarkable women at their 2014 ELLEWOMEN IN HOLLYWOOD AWARDS to celebrate the creative contributions theyhave made to the world of film. . The event
honored ELIZABETH BANKS, ANNETTE BENING, TINA FEY, JENNIFER GARNER, JESSICA LANGE, BRIE LARSON and GUGU MBATHA-RAW for the creative contributions they have made to the world of film–both in front of and behind the camera. Two-time Academy Award winner JESSICA LANGE was honored with the L’ORÉAL PARIS LEGEND AWARD, and actress BRIE LARSON received the CALVIN KLEIN EMERGING STAR AWARD. Actor and comedian JOEL MCHALE served as emcee for the evening.
JENNIFER LAWRENCE, KERRY WASHINGTON, AMY POEHLER, STEVE CARELL, SHIRLEY MACCLAINE, BILL HADER, and RENEE ZELLWEGER presented awards to Banks,Bening, Fey, Garner, Lange, Larson and Mbatha-Raw respectively.
