It looks like John Green’s next book-to-movie adaptation has found it’s leading lady.
A few hours ago, The Fault In Our Stars author took to twitter to say, “Well, I just got a phone call indicating that today will be a DAY OF EXCITING NEWS” and we have a feeling his news is about the casting in the new movie Paper Towns.
Model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne has landed the lead role as Margo opposite Nat Wolff according to Variety. John shared his excitement about the casting saying:

Paper Towns follows young neighbors who share the jarring experience of finding the body of a man who committed suicide. The two leads grow apart — until the night he finds her at his bedroom window, dressed like a ninja. She enlists him in a campaign to get revenge on the people who’ve hurt her. The next day, she vanishes and he is left to ponder the ramifications of the evening. Then he begins getting clues and follows them in an attempt to find her.
We are excited to see Cara’s acting and following the success of TFiOS, John might have another hit on his hands. Cara is making her transition into acting in a big way. She’s in talks to star in the Beach Boys inspired “All Summer Long” and she most recently wrapped production on the Warner Bros. film “Pan.”
