The “fever” surrounding Frozen won’t be letting up any time soon.
Disney’s animated movie became a phenomenon and even spawned a sing-a-long version, a part in Disney on Ice and a Broadway show. Oh, and we can’t forget to mention the mega success of the song “Let It Go.”
Last night, ABC aired a special called “The Story of Frozen: Making an Animated Classic,” which offered more insight and fun secrets into the making of the record-breaking animated movie. At the end of the show, it was announced that your favorite characters will be back for a new animated short “Frozen Fever,”. That’s right, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and, of course, the one-and-only Olaf will be back on the big screen next year.
Directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, and produced by Peter Del Vecho, with an all-new original song by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, “Frozen Fever” marks the first project reuniting the Oscar®-winning original team from Disney’s “Frozen.”
In “Frozen Fever,” it’s Anna’s birthday and Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but Elsa’s icy powers may put more than just the party at risk.
The short debuts Spring 2015.
Are you excited for more Frozen?!
