Taylor Lautner is getting a little “cuckoo” for his latest TV project.
The 22-year-old has taken over for Andy Samberg in series 2 of the show “Cuckoo” on the BBC and it looks like Taylor will be showing off some new sides. The second series is set two years after the title character Cuckoo – played by Andy Samberg – disappeared while researching a book in the Himalayas, leaving his wife Rachel, played by Tamla Kari, to forge a new life. Her parents Ken and Lorna and brother Dylan (Tyger Drew-Honey) are rebulding their lives when Lautner’s character shows up in Lichfield.
In the trailer, we get to see Taylor shirtless, with a beard and wearing some interesting outfits. Is he the son of Cuckoo?
Series 2 of “Cuckoo” starts Thursday August 7 at 10pm on BBC Three and BBC Three HD.
