President Snow made his second broadcast on Capitol TV today to address Panem.
In this message which is all about Unity, we see President Snow on his throne with Peeta and Johanna Mason at his side as well as a bunch of Peacekeepers. As President Snow addresses Panem saying, “Never have we been more unified as a nation…The Capitol and the districts are bound together in solidarity…”
Towards the end of the message, the video starts to break up and an unknown voice starts to talk over Snow. It is later revealed that it’s none other than Beetee taking over the signal to inform Panem that the “Mockingjay lives.”
