Thanks to MTV, we have Taylor Swift’s new poster for the movie The Giver!
Character posters from the film have been premiering today on various websites like MTV, Fandango & more. We’ve got new posters for Brenton Thwaites, Odeya Rush, Cameron Monaghan, Katie Holmes, Alexander Skarsgard, and Jeff Bridges & Meryl Streep.
Each poster is black and white except for one vertical line of orange which runs across their eye. Each poster also comes with an interesting tagline.
Taylor’s reads “The Truth Lies In Her Past, Katie’s is “The Elders Are Never Wrong” and Alexander’s says “You’ll Find Your Place.”
The haunting story of THE GIVER centers on Jonas, who lives in a seemingly ideal, if colorless, world of conformity and contentment. Not until he is given his life assignment as the Receiver of Memory does he begin to understand the dark, complex secrets behind his fragile community. The film is based on Lois Lowry’s beloved young adult novel of the same name, which was the winner the 1994 Newbery Medal and has sold over 10 million copies worldwide. THE GIVER will be in theaters everywhere August 15th.
