Caroline Sunshine is heading to ABC Family!
The “Shake It Up” alum has landed a lead role in ABC Family’s new pilot “Recovery Road” according to Deadline. The show is based on Blake Nelson’s novel about a teenage girl dealing with addiction. It centers on party girl high school student Maddie Graham (Samantha Logan), who spends her nights at a rehab facility.
Caroline will play Emily Owenby, Maddie’s best friend since childhood who’s becoming increasingly concerned about Maddie’s partying.
Definitely sounds like an interesting show. Fingers crossed it gets picked up by the network! Congrats Caroline!
