Get ready for more crazy antics with Jessie & the Ross family!
Disney Channel just announced they’ve renewed their hit show “Jessie” starring Debby Ryan for a fourth season. “Jessie” is one of the network’s top shows ranking as the No. 1 telecast in its time period, and overall, it’s TV’s No. 2-rated live-action series, in kids 2-11 (1.6 million/4.0 rating) and kids 6-11 (1.3 million/5.4 rating), and the No. 4 TV series in tweens 9-14 (1.2 million/4.8 rating).
Adam Bonnett, Executive Vice President, Original Programming, Disney Channels Worldwide, said: “‘Jessie’ is a fan favorite for kids and families all around the world. Pam Eells and the entire team behind ‘Jessie’ have made this television family a huge global hit. Our audience gets to continue the journey with these characters, watching the Ross kids grow up with Jessie guiding the way for them.”
“Jessie” also stars Peyton List, Cameron Boyce, Skai Jackson, Karan Brar & Kevin Chamberlin. The show will begin production on season four in August, to premiere in January on the network.
Until then, season 3 promises lots of big things. Debby stepped behind the camera to direct an episode and Jessie will be getting engaged, a first for Disney Channel.
