It’s a new year which means even more tattoos for Justin Bieber.
The 19-year-old added three tattoos to his body over the weekend including a compass on his left tricep. Justin also shared a photo on instagram of two new tattoos on his right forearm of a jester and the word “LOVE” in calligraphy. Before those two tattoos, Justin only had one tattoo on his right arm. Is he starting to build his second sleeve?
