Glamour: So what’s really awkward about dating for you guys? Asking a girl out? The first kiss?
Zac: The awkward thing for me is when the realization happens that I actually might like this girl. Then I become awkward. Glamour: In the movie, your characters talk about “hitting the check boxes.” What are your dating check boxes?
Miles: I love wit. I have to be able to have a conversation with her.
Zac: The most important thing for me is honesty. Just be honest and up-front. I think that’s the hardest.
Michael: I’ve got different lists depend- ing on what I’m looking for. Is it the past-12-o’clock-in-the-morning list? Then my checklist is a little shorter.

Glamour: What’s on that list?
Michael: Two legs. Pulse… [Laughs.]

Glamour: OK then…and what’s on your list for the girls you want to date?
Michael: A sense of humor. And I want a woman who is comfortable in the kitchen. I’m old-school about stuff like that.
Zac: It’s impossible to say. I think every single girl has something different and special about her. You find one who clicks with your vibe. Fate brings people together.

Glamour: You really believe that?
Zac: It happens. But I think the most important thing for me in a relationship is honesty. In the beginning, sometimes girls don’t show their genuine personality.
Michael: We have trust issues!

Glamour: Obviously, being celebrities does affect that. How do you meet girls?
Zac: I haven’t met a girl properly ever.
Miles: No [celeb] knows how to deal with it. It’s not like you can read an effing—
Michael: —manual.

Glamour: Sometimes we girls need a manual to you guys. So let me ask you the eternal “are you going to respect me if we have sex on the first date?” question.
Miles: Yes.
Michael: No. No. Maybe…but a little less.
Miles: Well, I will.
Zac: Sex is a beautiful thing. I don’t object. [Laughs.]

Glamour: Last advice to women trying to find the right guy?
Zac: Smile.
Miles: But don’t try to be cute. You’re cute when you’re not trying to be cute.
Michael: Don’t try too hard. Either you’re the right girl or you’re not.
