What would you do if you got a surprise visit from Ashley Tisdale? The kids of PS 197 in New York got just that to help kick off the holiday season.
Today, Ashley surprised the children of PS 197 in New York with a special appearance at Delta Air Lines’ “Holiday Flight to The North Pole” event at JFK Terminal 2. Delta, along with the YMCA of Greater New York, hosted the special celebration at the JFK hangar which was transformed into a holiday winter wonderland. Children from PS 197, an elementary school in Far Rockaway, Queens that was heavily impacted by Hurricane Sandy, enjoyed a festive day complete with holiday activities, games, music and crafts. The day culminated with a surprise appearance from Tisdale, who helped distribute gifts to guests alongside Santa Claus and his elves.
After the event, Ashley tweeted:

We love the pic of Ashley hugging and surprising all those kids. What a great holiday treat. We also love that Ashley had a mini “Suite Life of Zack & Cody” reunion while she was in NYC also. She wrote:
