Justin Bieber sure has grown up this year!
The 19-year-old just released his most mature music video to date with “All That Matters.” The music video is pretty simple and shows Justin singing in a bunch of different vignettes, some of which include a lovely lady. And yes, Justin even gets some kisses in with the lucky lady.
