R5 headlined the Citadel Outlets’ 12th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday and helped with the lighting of the record-breaking world’s largest Christmas tree (115-ft)*.
The band took the stage to perform four tracks including a brand new Christmas song. Before hitting the stage, we had the chance to sit in on a press conference with the band where they talked all about their tour and the holidays.
When asked about their New Year’s resolutions, Ross Lynch immediately said he wanted a kiss on New Year’s and many of the others decided to join him with that answer. The band also talked about going over to Japan soon and more.
