The “Austin & Ally” star joined Caryl Stern, President and CEO of the U.S.Fund for UNICEF and THE MOMS Denise Albert and Melissa Gerstein for a special Mamarazzi® event to celebrate the campaign. Guests decorated their own Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF donation boxes and had the chance to participate in a Q&A with Laura to find out why it’s important to give back.

If you missed out on getting your orange boxes to trick-or-treat with this year, have no fear! You can still lend a helping hand. Head over to www.trickortreatforunicef.org to print the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Canister Wrapper and make your own fundraising container.

As the 2013 Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Ambassador, Laura Marano has advocated, educated and fundraised for the original Kids Helping Kids® campaign, which has already raised more than $170 million since 1950 to aid children around the world. The campaign encourages families to bring a donation box and collect for children in need as they go door to door. By shopping at the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF stores on HSN.com, GrandinRoad.com and Chasing-Fireflies.com through Oct. 31, adults can also get into the Halloween spirit while supporting UNICEF. As national sponsor of this year’s Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign, HSNi, through its lifestyle brands HSN, Grandin Road and Chasing-Fireflies, will support UNICEF programs for children around the world. HSN Inc. will donate a minimum of 10 percent of the purchase price for each item sold through Halloween.
