Who are the hottest young talent in music under the age of 21? We have the answer!
Billboard has once again compiled their list of the hottest minors on the music scene and will One Direction, Justin Bieber or Miley Cyrus top the list? It was definitely a close a call, but thanks to a sold out tour, a hit album AND a concert movie, the UK boyband took home the top spot as the most powerful.
Justin came in at #2 and Miley came in at #3. Rounding out the top 5 were Ariana Grande and Earl Sweatshirt. Some exciting up-and-comers also rounded out the list including Emblem3, Fifth Harmony, Bridgit Mendler and Tori Kelly.
