Taylor Swift’s North American leg of her RED Tour is ending this week in Nashville with 3 sold out shows and she’s ending it big!
The 23-year-old had a big day on Thursday when she returned home to Nashville to play the Bridgestone Arena. First, she was honored by Big Machine Label Group President and CEO Scott Borchetta for her multi-platinum album RED. We still can’t believe she sold 1.2 million copies of Red in the first week.
Taylor then took the stage to perform and decided to bring along a special guest. Luke Bryan joined Taylor to sing “I Don’t Want This Night to End” and you can watch the full performance below. Taylor revealed during the performance that Luke flew in during his ONE night off just to sing with her. After the performance, she tweeted:
Nashville. That show was life changing & you were PERFECT. Thank you to @LukeBryanOnline, who came out and SLAYED. Never going to forget it.

Earlier in the day, TSwift caught up with USA Today to talk about where she’s at with her upcoming album. She said, “I’ll be in the studio, figuring out what comes next. I really like to take two years to make a record, and I’ve been writing and doing stuff for the last year. This is kind of the year that it goes into overdrive, and it’s all I think about and I become obsessive over it and I’m hard to talk to.”
Well, we know we can’t wait to hear the new album. Taylor will take her tour over to Australia later this year but until then, we’ll just wait to see what special guest she brings out for the final two shows in Nashville!
