Congrats Julianne Moore!
The veteran actress has just landed a role in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 & 2 as President Alma Coin. In case you haven’t read the books or need a refresher, President Coin leads the rebellion in District 13 against President Snow and the Capitol. Katniss and Coin are reluctant allies at the beginning, due to the need to rally around a symbol — Katniss as heroic Mockingjay — but she begins to suspect that Coin is as untrustworthy as the man she aims to replace.
The excitement continues to grown for these films and Catching Fire isn’t even out yet! Mockingjay will be released in two parts in November 2014 and November 2015.
