mightymed-091213Have you ever wonder who takes care of superheroes when they get hurt? You’re about to find out in Disney XD’s new show “Mighty Med.”

The live-action comedy stars Bradley Steven Perry (“Good Luck Charlie”) and Jake Short (“A.N.T. Farm”) and chronicles the adventures of two teenage best friends Kaz (played by Perry) and Oliver (played by Short) who land after school jobs of a lifetime at Mighty Med, a secret hospital for superheroes, sci-fi and fantasy characters. There, they discover that their favorite characters are real and secretly live among them.

Without powers of their own and known as “Normos,” these two seemingly ordinary boys must learn to navigate their way through two colliding worlds, with the help of superhero Skylar Storm and the Chief of Staff’s meddling nephew Alan Diaz. The boys’ friendship and vast knowledge of superheroes, sci-fi and fantasy worlds give them the extraordinary power to become heroes themselves and save the people who save people.
