Filming on The Fault In Our Stars is underway and we now have our Peter Van Houten!
Author John Green tweeted out today that Willem Dafoe will be playing the recluse author who Hazel seeks out. He wrote:

Willem Dafoe joins the cast that includes Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort, Nat Wolff, Mike Birbiglia, Sam Trammell & Laura Dern.
