It looks like Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards are taking their romance to the next level!
Yesterday, at the London premiere of One Direction: This Is Us, the Little Mix singer was spotted wearing a beautiful ring on her left hand which immediately fueled rumors that she and her One Direction beau Zayn Malik are engaged. So are they?
Perrie’s mom confirmed the engagement telling the Dorset Echo newspaper, “It’s official. I’m over the moon. They are really in love.”
1D’s reps also confirmed the news to HollywoodLife.com saying, “”Zayn and Perrie are engaged, but any further detail regarding their relationship is private.”
We are so happy for this longtime couple and we bet the wedding will be fabulous!
In other 1D romance news, Liam Payne has officially confirmed he’s dating childhood friend Sophia Smith. In an interview with OMG Yahoo in the UK, the singer confirmed that he is “spoken for.” Liam has been spotted holding hands with Sophia out and about and also at the movie premiere after party.
When asked if it was public knowledge that he was no longer single, he said, “Yes, well it is now! It’s new, she’s sitting right over there *points to pretty brunette*. It’s not been long.”
