Sophia Bush, Laura Marano, Darren Criss and More: 2013 Do Something Awards

The former “One Tree Hill” star hosted the annual event which recognizes regular teens and celebrities for their philanthropic work. The five youth finalists chosen each received a $10,000 grant to continue their efforts. Daniel was chosen to receive a grand prize grant of $100,000 for starting the Million Hoodies Movement for Justice, the movement that brought the Trayvon Martin case to national attention through rallying and petitioning for the arrest of George Zimmerman.

Celebrity honorees included Patrick Dempsey, Kelly Osbourne, and Jennifer Hudson while Sara Barreilles and Fitz and the Tantrums took the stage to rock out.

Congrats to all the winners and honorees. Other stars in attendance included Darren Criss, Janel Parrish, Taylor Spreitler, Laura Marano, G Hannelius, Noah Cyrus, and more.
