Jason Dolley recently wrapped production on the final season of “Good Luck Charlie” and now he’s moving on to his next project.
According to Variety, Jason will join Skyler Samuels (“Nine Lives of Chloe King”), Mark Boone Junior (Sons of Anarchy”) and Nia Vardalos in the coming-of-age comedy Helicopter Mom.
Jason stars as a high school students whose mother outs him to the entire school, sets him up on dates and signs him up for a college scholarship for gay kids. The only problem is that he isn’t entirely sure that it’s true.
Lensing started in Los Angeles last week with shooting planned for Santa Monica and the Venice Beach boardwalk.
