Ross Lynch & Maia Mitchell get a little silly while hanging out with Jake Whetter at Radio Disney this week.
The “Teen Beach Movie” stars were promoting the movie and were asked to show off what their reactions would be to various events happening on the beach like “somebody just stole your wave.”
“Teen Beach Movie” hits Disney Channel on July 19 and the stars have been busy promoting the film in LA and even London. Soon they will be heading to Maia’s home country of Australia.
The movie follows teen surfing sweethearts Brady and McKenzie, who together ride the last wave of summer, one that mysteriously takes them into a classic beach party movie, “Wet Side Story.” There, it’s surfers versus bikers for control of the beach hangout…and everyone spontaneously breaks into song and dance. Now Brady and McKenzie must try to return to present day, but their lives may be changed forever when they inadvertently alter the movie’s romantic storyline – as the handsome leading man, surfer Tanner, is falling for McKenzie while biker girl Lela is swooning for Brady.
