The classic love story of Romeo & Juliet is heading back to the big screen this year starring Hailee Steinfeld and Douglas Booth.
Relativity Media announced they will be distributing the new adaptation of the timeless Shakespearean tragedy ROMEO & JULIET. Adapted by the Oscar winning writer Julian Fellowes (Gosford Park) and directed by Carlo Carlei, the film stars the Oscar nominated Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit) and Douglas Booth (LOL) as the iconic star-crossed lovers. The cast also includes Oscar nominated Paul Giamatti. ROMEO & JULIET is a co-production of Amber Entertainment, Echo Lake Entertainment, and Swarovski Entertainment.
The movie will have a limited release on September 6, 2013.
