Elizabeth Banks and Josh Hutcherson are dressed to the nines in the latest photo from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
The photo, via Hypable, first appeared in a recent issue of Empire Magazine. Effie’s dress is once again amazing and over the top, fitting only for what is probably a party in the Capitol. It’s being speculated that it’s from a party at President Snow’s house where the two are watching Katniss and Plutarch dancing.
