Demi chatted with the talk show host about returning to X Factor. Ellen asked why she wanted to go back and deal with Simon and Demi responded, “If I don’t go back, who is going to mess with him?” She added, “I gotta stick up for my country. We can’t have some random British man come over and make fun of all of us, so I’m just doing my duty as a fellow American.”
