We are eagerly waiting for season 2 of “Baby Daddy” to premiere May 29 and now we have even more reason to be excited!
ABC Family just announced they have renewed the hit comedy starring Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Chelsea Kane, Derek Theler, Tahj Mowry, and Melissa Peterman for a third season! That’s right, a third season before season 2 has even hit the air!
Big congrats goes out to the cast and crew! Season 2 kicks off May 29 at 8:30pm and we have a clip from the premiere episode below. Eeeee! Will Ben & Riley finally get together?!?!
A bunch of new faces will be popping up in season 2 as well! Lacey Chabert, Grace Phipps, Mimi Gianopulos and Leslie Jordan are all set to guest star. Mimi Gianopulos will be guest starring as Ben’s ex and Emma’s mom.
Chabert will guest star in two episodes as Dr. Amy Shaw, a sports psychologist who begins working with Danny (Derek Theler) when he experiences a hockey slump. Before long, Danny decides he would rather pursue a romantic relationship with Amy, rather than a professional one.
Phipps will portray Megan, the assistant manager of a neighborhood daycare who catches Ben’s (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) eye when he tries to drop off Emma. Though Megan is initially not interested with Ben, believing he and Tucker (Tahj Mowry) to be a couple, he soon changes her mind. Phipps is currently set for two episodes, with the possibility of more.
Jordan will guest star in the holiday episode as a world-weary elf from the local mall who becomes Ben (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) and Danny’s (Derek Theler) boss when they get jobs at Santa’s Workshop. He gives them a hard time as they desperately search to find Emma the perfect gift for Christmas. The episode will air later this year.
Be sure to catch season 2 May 29 at 8:30pm on ABC Family!
