Emma Stone will be hitting the big screen in Gangster Squad this Friday, but before that, she’ll help announce the nominees for the 2013 Academy Awards.
Emma will join host Seth McFarlane bright and early on Thursday morning (January 10) at the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
The Oscars will be held on Feb. 24.
Emma is also featured on the cover of Glamour UK. She dishes to the mag about always knowing she wanted to be an actress. “When I asked, aged 11, if I could take acting classes. Apparently I said to my mum ‘If I can’t act, I’ll die.’ And then she knew that only an actress would say something like that.”
Emma gets to show off some amazing style in her new movie and she talked all about the fabulous dresses. “Some of my dresses were genuine 1940s,” she said. “They just retailored them. Oh, and I fit into a period-seven shoe, which is always a good piece of knowledge to have.”
Gangster Squad opens January 11.
