Justin Bieber just headed back out on his Believe tour after a nice holiday break and it looks like he just got himself a belated present.
The 18-year-old took to instagram to show off his latest tattoo courtesy of Chenterios.
The tattoo is of a Native American Indian head on his shoulder blade. Justin writes, “My grandfather always took me to the stratford culliton every friday night this is for u Grampa … My man @chenterios hooked it up.”
