Justin Bieber suited up in red along with a friend to ring in 2013.
Justin has been enjoying some relaxing time with friends in Puerto Vallarta and he’s been instagramming up a storm. Along with a bunch of shirtless selfies, Justin showed off a new tattoo on his leg. He already has a tattoo of Jesus but he added praying hands and roses.
