Congrats to Justin Bieber!
The 17-year-old was named Artist of the Year at the NRJ Music Awards in France on Sunday. Justin tweeted, “Never thought i would ever get out of stratford and now im celebrating in france. never gets old. ALWAYS grateful! #Ilovemyfans”
Justin recently dyed his hair a darker shade of brown and showed up to the awards show rocking a blue jacket and a side sweep with his hair. Interesting.
