Demi Lovato gives a huge smile as she holds onto her People’s Choice Award for Favorite Pop Artist.
Demi was presented the award by Vanessa Hudgens and Josh Hutcherson right after she performed her new single “Give Your Heart A Break” for the crowd.
After the show, Demi tweeted, “My fans are EVERYTHING to me… My world, my life… Thank you SO much for my PCA!!!! FAVORITE POP ARTIST!!! YAYYY!!! I can’t believe I won…. Wow.”
