Katy Perry has dismissed the latest rumors of a split from her husband Russell Brand, insisting reports which suggest she has filed for divorce are untrue.
Perry and Brand have been dogged by speculation their marriage is in trouble ever since they exchanged vows in India last October. Reports emerged on Wednesday suggesting Perry had filed divorce papers in Los Angeles, but the singer has taken to her Twitter to laugh off the story.
She writes, “First I’m pregnant & then I’m divorced. What am I All My Children?! Erica Kane… pshhh… If I had a dollar for every time…”
The singer also used her presenting slot at the Grammy Nominations Concert Live on Wednesday to dispel the rumors, by flashing both of her wedding rings as she took to the stage. She also scored 2 Grammy nominations!
