“Glee” celebrated their 300th musical performance a few weeks ago and the special number will air on Tuesday’s episode of the hit show.

Puck (Mark Salling) falls in love, and glee club directors Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) and Shelby Corcoran (Idina Menzel) encourage some friendly competition between their clubs.
