Debby Ryan celebrates her 17th birthday today! Last night, Debby joined lots of young hollywood at the Nylon & Youtube Young Hollywood Party at Roosevelt Hotel’s Tropicana Bar in Hollywood.
She will be taking on the lead role in Disney Channel’s latest original movie, “16 Wishes,” which premieres on Disney Channel on June 25 at 8pm EST. For more information on the movie, go HERE.
