–Debby Ryan snaps a pic with a fan outside the ArcLight Hollywood on Thursday at the premiere of The Last Song.
The 16-year-old wore BCBG Max Azaria to the premiere (she’ll be wearing BCBG to the Kids Choice Awards as well) and looked beautiful. She joked during an interview with On the Red Carpet that she doesn’t know how she was still waking in those heels.
