Tonight on the Disney Channel is the season premiere of “Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream 2” at 8:55pm EST. Kevin, Nick & Joe will also be making a special appearance on tonight’s episode of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” on ABC at 8pm EST. (Thanks Jenna)
