Review: Miley Says Goodbye DVD

0

-The Miley Says Goodbye? hits shelves tomorrow, March 9, and it’s a must-have for any “Hannah Montana” fan.

The DVD contains four episodes plus the season 3 finale (before it airs on March 7 & 14). Included on the DVD are “You Never Give Me My Money,” “Papa’s Got a Brand New Friend,” “Promma Mia,” and “He Could Be the One.” Each episode offers laughs and guest stars like Cody Linley, Drew Roy & Nate Hartley.

The cool thing about this DVD is that it has the season 3 finale of the show. Fans that pick up the DVD will be able to see the finale before it even airs. The two part-er shows Miley struggling with feelings of wanting to go back to Tennessee and also not wanting to leave Lily (Emily Osment). Meanwhile, Jackson (Jason Earles) gets his own apartment and Oliver (Mitchel Musso) gets asked to open for a popular band on their World Tour.

The episodes mirror the plotline of “Hannah Montana: The Movie,” but of course in a more comedic-in-a-way-cheesy portrayal. We sort of prefer the movie version better, but the episode sets up for the change of location and stories we’ll see in the final season of “Hannah Montana.”

The disc contains a few bonus features, including an alternate ending for “He Could Be the One” (basically what happens if Miley picked Jesse instead of Jake), and a featurette called “Sister Secrets” where Brandi Cyrus takes you on set and interviews the stars of the show. There is also a “pop-up-video” type feature for the episode “You Never Give Me My Money.”

The “Miley Says Goodbye?” DVD is in stores tomorrow. Be sure to pick up a copy!
