–Selena Gomez was excited to share the information about her new movie role on her facebook last night.
Selena has been cast in the upcoming movie, Monte Carlo, according to Variety. Selena wrote on her facebook: I am so excited for this!!! AND I cant wait to share this new experience with you all while I’m there!!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!
The movie will come from Fox 2000, is set to begin filming in May. It will be shot in Monaco, Budapest and Paris. It’s based on the novel Headhunters, by Jules Bass. The movie will be about three girls, two in college and one just out of high school, who ditch a disappointing no-frills holiday in Paris and pose as wealthy women vacationing in Monaco.
“Gossip Girl’s” Leighton Meester is also in talks to take on one of the lead roles while Nicole Kidman will produce and play a supporting role.
