-Get ready to step inside The Rock! ABC Family’s hit drama, “Make It or Break It” Extended Edition, is now available on DVD. Follow the journey of Kaylie Cruz (Josie Loren), Payson Keeler (Ayla Kell), Lauren Tanner (Cassie Scerbo) and Emily Kmetko (Chelsea Hobbs) as they train and compete for their chance to be on the National Women’s Gymnastics Team.

The show follows a group of four Elite gymnasts training at Boulder’s top gym, The Rock. Emily is the girl from the “other side of the tracks”, Lauren is the girl you love to hate, Payson is the one that lives and breathes gymnastics, and Kaylie is the golden girl. While the show doesn’t take place in a high school, it still has it’s fair share of drama. Emily struggles with being the new girl, Kaylie’s secret relationship with Carter (Zachary Abel) is full of drama, Lauren always has to be the center of attention and will do anything to get it, even if it means hurting her friends, and Payson is too focused on gymnastics to really be in touch with anything else. Over the course of the 10 episodes, we see relationships build, break and do a complete 360. It all ends with the biggest meet of their lives as they see who will make the National Team.

The DVD is out just in time for fans to get caught up on all the action. The second half of the season just premiered on January 4. The DVD contains all 10 episodes from the first half, plus the last episode is extended just for the DVD. Bonus features include some deleted scenes plus a special feature called “Making It” which gives an inside look into the training the actors had to endure for the show, as well as how the stunts are performed and how the show gets that authentic gymnastics feel.
